It’s all set, folks– Microsoft has officially confirmed that CEO Steve Ballmer will be unveiling Windows Mobile 7 this coming Monday morning at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain.

The event starts on Monday, February 15 at 3 pm CET, which corresponds to:
